Please note that:

  1. You do not need a referral from your GP to see me if you are self funding; osteopaths are trained in Primary Care and diagnosis, and recognised as Allied Health Professionals by the NHS.

  2. See the “What to Expect” page for more detail on what happens at an appointment

Health Insurance

  1. Osteopathy is a recognised treatment by major health insurers such as Aviva, BUPA, Cigna, Vitality and WPA

  2. Talk to your health insurance provider about the requirements they have for paying your treatment costs

  3. Please note that I can only accept Bupa patients to bill from the practice. For all other providers, I require you to process the claim with your insurer yourself.

  4. Some insurers may require you to have a GP referral letter

  5. I need to know the excess on your Bupa policy at the first treatment.

  6. Please bring your Bupa membership number and your pre-authorisation number (PAN) to your appointment

Please see the Appointments page for current booking procedure.
